From 24 November 2025, you must book a visit before you go to our recycling sites (tips). The easiest way is to book online.
You can book the same day or up to 14 days ahead. See site rules and how to book.
Our recycling sites have 'reuse shops' that sell pre-loved secondhand items at a low-cost instead of throwing them away.
Book your visit to our shops
Starting on Monday 24 November 2025, you will need to book in advance before you visit a reuse shop at all sites except Eastbourne. The shop at Eastbourne has a separate entrance, so you only need to book at that site if you plan to dispose of waste as well.
Items for sale
If you want to buy or donate something, please ask the site staff.
We do not accept or sell electrical items at our reuse shops.
You can buy Pro-Grow soil conditioner made from garden and food waste collected from recycling sites and kerbside collections. We sell soil conditioner at our sites. The full range of products is available online from the Pro-Grow website.
Opening hours and how to pay
Opening hours and payment methods vary at different sites.
All payments for items go to the site manager. This money goes towards running our recycling sites. All sales are recorded for tax purposes. You should be offered a receipt if required for anything you buy.
