Booking a visit
Starting on Monday 24 November 2025, you will need to book in advance before visiting a tip.
You can book up to 14 days in advance. Bookings for visits to the tip on Monday 24 November will be available from Monday 10 November. It is possible to book on the same day if a slot is available.

Our recycling sites have 'reuse shops' that sell pre-loved secondhand items at a low-cost instead of throwing them away. If you want to buy or donate something, please ask the site staff.
We also sell Pro-Grow soil conditioner made from garden and food waste collected from recycling sites and kerbside collections. The full range of products is available online from the Pro-Grow website.
We do not accept or sell electrical items at our reuse shops.
Booking a visit
Starting on Monday 24 November 2025, you will need to book in advance before you visit a reuse shop at all sites except Eastbourne. The shop at Eastbourne has a separate entrance, so you only need to book at that site if you plan to dispose of waste as well.

Opening hours and how to pay
Opening hours and payment methods vary at different sites.
All payments for items go to the site manager. This money goes towards running our recycling sites. All sales are recorded for tax purposes. You should be offered a receipt if required for anything you buy.
