The postcode lookup on some of our online forms is currently unavailable. This affects online forms for Subject Access Requests, Freedom of Information requests and complaints, if you are adding a postal address.
You can still add an address manually. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. We are working to fix it and hope to restore the lookup service soon.
