What if the information you have about me isn't correct?
If the information we hold on you is wrong, you can ask for us to change it.
You can do this by completing the form below telling us what you would like us to change. We will consider your request within one month of receipt.
Requests for rectification can only correct information that East Sussex County Council (ESCC) has created or holds. We cannot change any documents or data that came from other organisations, such as the NHS, the Police, or your GP.
If you want to correct information that was created by another organisation, please contact them directly to ask for the change.
