Report misuse of a Blue Badge
It is a crime to misuse a Blue Badge. You must not:
- use an expired or cancelled badge
- display a photocopied badge
- let someone else use your badge
- use a fake or altered badge
How to report misuse
If you think someone is misusing a Blue Badge, email BlueCarBadge@eastsussex.gov.uk
Include as much information as possible, such as the:
- badge number (or first six number or letters)
- where the vehicle was parked
- date and time
- vehicle description
What happens next?
We will investigate your report. We will not disclose your details to anyone.
We cannot share information with you about an ongoing investigation.
