What information is being used?



Parking scheme administration, permits, paid parking, Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) management and recovery of debt and charges associated with PCNs

To effectively manage the parking scheme, issue permits and manage paid parking we will ask for one or more of the following:

  • your name
  • your address
  • your email address
  • your phone number
  • your vehicle registration number
  • your payment details
  • your proof of address
  • your proof of vehicle use
  • your proof of business

Consultations

In order to complete consultations, we will ask for:

  • your name
  • your address
  • your date of birth
  • your telephone number
  • your email address
  • whether you consider yourself to have a disability.

Access protection markings and disabled parking bays

We use the information you have provided us about your application for disabled parking bays or APMs. This may include your name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, vehicle details, blue badge number, V5C or Mobility Hire Agreement, benefit details and disability.

Requests for new parking controls

We will ask for your name, your address, and email address. The provision of your telephone number is voluntary.
