Apply for travel assistance for those aged over 19 with SEND and an EHC plan
If you are between 19 and 25 years old, you might be able to get travel assistance.
You must:
- live in East Sussex
- have an Education, Health, and Care (EHC) plan
- be on a full-time course (or something similar)
- go to the school or college named in your EHC plan
- not be able to travel to college on your own because of your needs
How do we decide if you can get transport?
When you are 19 or older, you are seen as an adult learner. Not everyone with an EHC plan can get travel assistance.
