  • report abuse or neglect of an adult (please phone us)
  • apply for care and support
  • get support for a carer

You can use our online self-assessments to apply for:

  • social care support
  • equipment and adaptations
  • carer's assessments
  • sensory impairment support

You can apply yourself or on behalf of someone else.
