March 2026 renewals

  • Automatically renewed passes are being sent out during the first two weeks in March. It is no longer possible to change your delivery address, replacement charges may apply if pass is sent to an old address. Please still tell us about any changes and we will advise you.
  • Older Person’s bus pass renewals - These will normally be automatically renewed. They may not be renewed automatically if your pass is not scanned locally between 1 March 2025 and 01 March 2026. If you haven’t received a pass or a renewal letter by 20 March you can try to renew online or contact us if you are unable to do so.
  • Disabled person’s bus pass renewals - Letters are being sent for customers do not have automatic renewals agreed, but you can renew online without a letter. If you haven’t received a pass or a renewal letter by 20 March you can try to renew online or contact us if you are unable to do so.
