Free replacement for a faulty bus pass
Only use this form if:
- your bus pass is not scanning but there is no physical damage.
- your bus pass has not expired, but is showing as no longer valid for travel when scanning on the bus.
Do not use this form if:
- your pass has expired and you are renewing it
- it is damaged, lost or stolen
- you have moved into East Sussex
