Free replacement for a faulty bus pass
Only use this form if:
- you have an older person's or disabled person's bus pass.
- your bus pass is not scanning but there is no physical damage.
- your bus pass has not expired, but is showing as no longer valid for travel when scanning on the bus.
Do not use this form if:
- your pass has expired see our renewal page
- it is damaged, lost or stolen pay for a replacement
- you have moved into East Sussex and need to apply for a new pass
- you have a school transport bus pass please apply for a replacement.
