Free replacement for a faulty bus pass

Only use this form if:

  • your bus pass is not scanning but there is no physical damage.
  • your bus pass has not expired, but is showing as no longer valid for travel when scanning on the bus.

Do not use this form if:

  • your pass has expired and you are renewing it
  • it is damaged, lost or stolen
  • you have moved into East Sussex
