Crowborough Register Office fees

These fees are applicable to wedding and civil partnership ceremonies booked before the 31 March 2026. Fees are payable in full at the time of booking. 

Fees include:

• hire of the ceremony room
• your registrars
• two legal certificates
• one commemorative certificate

Ceremony Rooms

Mackenzie room (capacity 40)

Monday to Thursday (9am to 4.30pm)	£285
Friday and Saturday (9am to 4.30pm)	£465

Ceremony surcharges

(payable in addition to the fees stated above)

Ceremony on a Saturday of a bank holiday weekend	£180
Ceremony personalisation appointment (weekdays only)	£50
Commemorative certificate*	£10
Silver-plated certificate case*	£25
Registrar's fountain pen with presentation box*	£15
Ceremony amendment fee	£40
Marriage/civil partnership certificate	£12.50
