To request any service please download, complete and send our Service Request Form to FRM@eastsussex.gov.uk

Use of the service request form ensures all information required to complete or arrange the service is available to the Flood Risk Management team and speeds up our response time.

Use of the service request form ensures all information required to complete or arrange the service is available to the Flood Risk Management team and speeds up our response time.

Following submission of the service request form a member of the Flood Risk Management team will review the information submitted and calculate the total fee. A confirmation email, with details on how to pay the fee will then be provided.

Please be advised that applicants will have 30-days from receipt of the payment request email to make payment. Non-payment will result in the service request being closed, and a new request will need to be made should the applicant wish to proceed.
