Home to school transport – Vacant seat and sixth form permit scheme form

Vacant seats can be purchased on East Sussex County Council’s hired coaches for schools listed on our guide page. 

• Applications for a new school year in September should only be made once the previous school year is over. You will find out if you can buy a vacant seat in November, after we have allocated seats to everyone who qualifies.
• If you are applying after November in a school year, we will aim to respond within 10 working days to confirm if a space is available.
