Get a replacement travel pass
If your child’s travel pass is:
- lost
- broken
- stolen
You should fill in the replacement pass form as soon as you can. Once you get a new pass, the old one will stop working.
How to get your replacement pass
If your child uses:
- East Sussex Freedom Ticket
- Coach Travel Permit
- Rail key cards
First, fill in the replacement travel pass form. Then, we will contact you to pay £10.
If your child has an Arriva bus season ticket, please contact Arriva directly.
