Help with online payments
Christmas and New Year opening times
County Hall will close from 4.30pm on Friday 22 December 2023 and will open again at 8am on Tuesday 2 January 2024. See our services with seasonal opening hours.
Payment
You will only be able to make the payment in full for an invoice. The system will not accept part payments towards invoices.
Multiple invoices can be paid in one transaction whether these are of the same or different payment type. Entering details for more than one invoice at a time will populate them in a list and calculate the total.
Accepted payment cards
You can pay with the following cards:
- MasterCard
- Visa
- JCB
- Maestro
We do not accept:
- American Express
- Diners
- Laser
- Solo.
Payment receipt
You will receive two emails confirming the transaction. One from WorldPay and another from us. Please keep these as a record of your payment. Our records will be updated with the details of your payment soon after validation of your card.
We’ll email you to confirm receipt of your payment, including a reference number to quote if there are any problems
