You might be unhappy with how we handled your request or the reasons given for withholding information.

We will respond to you within 20 working days. In some cases it may take longer. If this is the case we will discuss it with you.
Subject Access and Information Rights
You might have concerns about information you have received, or how your data has been handled. In this case, please contact the Customer Services Team.
They will ensure the correct Information Governance Team address your concerns. If you remain unhappy, the matter can be referred to the Data Protection Officer.
If you are still not satisfied
If you still have concerns, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). The ICO will not consider appeals unless we have first completed a review as detailed above.
