SingleView
SingleView is for social care, education and health professionals who work with children, young people, families and adults living in the East Sussex area. It takes information from our social care systems and allows users to view basic information about Early Help and social care involvements. It can only be accessed using a secure login.
How to access SingleView
- New organisations: If your organisation currently does not have access to SingleView, fill in the organisational approver form [63.8 KB] [docx].
- Individuals: If you require a new SingleView account, fill in the individual application form [46.5 KB] [docx]. Your organisation must be registered for SingleView.

Training
All new users must complete training before access is given. This takes place via Microsoft Teams.
You will need access to a device with a webcam and microphone as well as a smart phone to download the Microsoft Authenticator App. This can be a work supplied phone or a personal device.
If you cannot attend your training session, you must inform the training team at least 24 hours prior to your allocated slot. This is because our trainers make special arrangements to offer you 1:1 training.
Your organisation may be charged for any repeat non-attendance where the trainer hasn’t been informed within the agreed timeframe.
Technical issues and downtime
If you are having difficulty signing in (not password-related), complete the issues form.
Any planned downtime will be communicated by email.

Children and young people
If the safeguarding lead manager assesses that a child is at immediate risk of significant harm, phone Single Point of Advice (SPOA) urgently and say your concern is about immediate risk.
