Cancel care and support services
There are many reasons why care and support may no longer be required. These could include:
- a sustained improvement in health and wellbeing
- the person receiving services has moved out of the area
- the person receiving services has died
If you need to cancel care and support services, either for yourself or on someone else’s behalf, please contact us.
