We offer a comprehensive range of Bikeability courses, during most school holidays.

These courses take place at our Eastbourne Cycle Centre and Peacehaven Cycle Hub.

Bikeability Level 1 - Usually takes place on Monday - 10.00-12.00

For Ages 6+ (Recommended)

Group Session - Maximum of 12

Cost £12.00 per person

Have you mastered the art of balance with no stabilisers? Then you’re ready for Level 1.

Bikeability Level 2 - Usually takes place on Monday and Tuesday - 10.00-15.00 both days (Times are subject to change dependant on course numbers)

For ages 10+

Group Session - Maximum of 12

Cost £22.00 per person

Ready to build your confidence? Head onto quiet roads with Bikeability Level 2.

Bikeability Level 3 - Usually takes place on Tuesday - 13.00-16.00

For ages 11+

Group Session - Maximum of 4

Cost £30.00 per person

Sailed through Level 2? (Required) Then Level 3 can equip you with the skills needed to stay safe in more challenging urban situations.

Bikeability Level 3 - Riding position, complex roads and confident response

Bikeability Learn 2 Ride - Usually takes place on Wednesday - 09.00-09.45, 10.00-10.45, 11.00-11.45, 12.00-12.45

For all ages. (Usually 4+)

1 to 1 Session

Cost £21.00 per person

Beginners (Learn 2 ride) This is a 45 minute one to one session for non riders. Lets try and ditch those stabilisers. Bikes and helmets available to use

Level 1 Plus - Usually takes place on Monday -13.00-15.00

For ages 7+ (Or have done Level 1 and instructors suggest ready for Level 1 Plus)

Group Session - Maximum of 12

Cost £20.00 per person

A bridging session between Level 1 and Level 2. To maintain, improve, increase knowledge and to further build the riders confidence. (Minimum numbers required to run = 4)

Level 2 Plus - Usually takes place on Tuesday - 09.00-12.00

For ages 10+. (And to have successfully completed Level 2)

Group Session - (Minimum numbers required to run = 6)

Cost £25.00 per person

A bridging session between Level 2 & Level 3 to prepare the rider for the advanced training that L3 offers. You must have achieved Level 2 before signing onto Level 2Plus.

The next courses will take place in the Easter holidays 2026, and will be available to book here, closer to the time.

Whizzabilty Family Fun - Usually takes place on Wednesday - 14.00-16.00

For all ages (Including adults)

Group Session - Maximum of 30

Cost £6.00 per person

A family Fun Cycling Session. Bikes and helmets supplied. (Or you are welcome to bring your own)

Mountain Bike Group Ride - Usually takes place on Thursday - 10.00-14.00

For ages 9+ (Adults are welcome to book too)

Group Session - Maximum of 10

Cost £35.00 per person

4 Hour MTB group ride for novices and those new to MTB riding. Starts and finishes in Friston Forest, including a fun MTB skills section. Meet and collect at Butchers Hole Car Park, Friston Forest. (Route can be subject to change due to conditions).

(Minimum numbers required to run = 6)
