3i-D paper forms - guidance for schools, colleges and libraries
When processing paper applications for 3i-D Citizencard, schools, colleges and libraries should check:
- applicants are the correct age, as indicated on the form.
- you have seen proof of age and copied it (library applications only).
- you have verified the applicant based on your knowledge and records (schools and colleges only, no need to copy ID).
