Calculating Section 106 Planning Obligations
Where applicable we request contributions for infrastructure such as:
- roads and transport
- schools
- libraries
- household waste recycling centres
- rights of way
For most of our services we only seek contributions for developments of 15 dwellings or more. However, there is no minimum threshold for contributions towards transport measures.
An assessment is undertaken at the time of each relevant planning application. This makes sure the most current information is used in our assessments.
