Stage 2 – Informal consultation. The Rother informal consultation will start on 9 February 2024 and close on 1 March 2024.

Stage 1 - Prioritisation. All the requests received up to 30 September 2023 have been assessed and prioritised. Information and updates about the Rother parking review which began in October 2021.
Next Stage
Stage 5 – Implementation. We are arranging for the changes to be made and the traffic regulation order to be sealed.

Stage 4 - Planning Committee. The planning committee meeting took place on 12 July 2023.
Stage 3 - Formal consultation. The formal consultation took place between 24 February 2023 and 17 March 2023. The details of the formal consultation can be viewed on our consultation hub.

A separate study and survey of parking in Rye has been carried out by the Project Centre, this includes both on-street and off-street parking.
