Email the parking customer service team or telephone on 01273 33 55 00 (select option 2) about:
- parking permits
- parking suspensions
- bus lane information
The customer service team are available Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm.
If you telephone the team and no one is available to answer the phone, please leave a message with your name and telephone number and a member of the team will call you back within two days.
