Improvement Plan Review
We are currently carrying out a review of our Rights of Way Improvement Plan (ROWIP). We carried out an initial consultation with key user groups and interested parties in 2019. This was to inform our draft ROWIP. We are aiming to publish the draft ROWIP for formal consultation in 2024.
The ROWIP sets out the County Council’s plans to improve our public rights of way network and access to the countryside. We have a duty to review the plan every ten years.
