Do you want to join our exciting Single Point of Advice (SPOA) team and help families across East Sussex? Then apply below to join us and become part of our ambitious and successful Early Help 0-19 service.

We are looking for candidates who will rise to this challenge of supporting families that are experiencing difficulties around education, mental health, domestic violence, Youth Offending, income inequality. You should be a good communicator, able to engage with professionals, colleagues and families.

As part of your work, you will work closely with qualified Social Care staff, and Child and Adolescent Mental health Staff to triage referrals to the SPOA, ensuring oversight of referrals and the management of risk. You will provide advice to families and professionals on the assessment of need in relation to the ESCC Continuum of Need and clearly record conversations and advice received.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
