An exciting opportunity has arisen for a class teaching post in Reception from September 2024. If you are creative and innovative in your approach to teaching and learning across the curriculum and self-motivated, we would like to hear from you. You will need to have a commitment to getting the best from all children and set high expectations to inspire excellence through motivation and challenge. We can offer you an enriched curriculum, a wonderful learning environment, including fantastic grounds that promote multiple opportunities for outdoor learning, and fantastic children who love their school. An enthusiasm for and experience teaching in Early Years is desirable.

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to all aspects of school life and should be energetic, enthusiastic, adaptable, highly conscientious and committed.

Rocks Park has exceptionally high expectations of our children and we strive continuously to promote our school values of being Caring / Independent / Resilient / Aspirational / Respectful / Positive. We were judged ‘good’ by Ofsted in September 2023.

We can offer you:

  • Eager, well behaved children who have passion and enthusiasm for learning.
  •  A friendly, supportive staff, working together to provide the best education for the children. It's a working atmosphere that makes you smile!
  • A learning culture that encourages leadership at all levels.
  • Excellent experience to help you progress to the next stage in your career.
  • Capacious school grounds with the potential to inspire and enhance learning.

We look forward to hearing from you.
