Support for developers
We are not obliged to provide free advice to applicants or their agents in relation to any planning consultation response we provide to Local Planning Authorities or any subsequent planning conditions placed upon a development. We do provide an advice service applicants and their agents can utilise. Where a consultation response states further information is required we can provide clarification to the applicant or their agent in relation to the technical requirements associated with that further information. Requests for clarifications should be submitted in writing to FRM@eastsussex.gov.uk and a written response will be provided free of charge. Please be advised that clarifications must be handled in writing only, any request for a phone call or meeting will be treated as an advice service and charged accordingly.
