Transport operator emergency/cover crew

Transport Operators can use this form to tell us the names and ESCC ID badge numbers of the crew members who are covering contracted home-to-school transport (HTST) routes. This includes:

• the driver
• up to three passenger assistants.

East Sussex County Council has a duty to maintain accurate records of all contracted staff working on HTST routes for audit purposes. Operators must be prepared to provide complete and accurate records of all staff allocated to current HTST routes when required.
