This section lists the names and types of all secondary schools in East Sussex. The table includes:

  • School (type) Age range: For example, whether the school is an academy (A) or a community school (C). See below for full list of school types.
  • Predicted roll: the total number of school places for all year groups for the 2027 to 2028 academic year 

  • SIF: A Supplementary Information Form. Some schools ask applicants to submit a SIF in addition to the standard application form.

  • Year 7 PAN: Published Admissions Numbers. This means the number of year 7 places available for September 2027. 

  • (Preferences) Offers 2026: In brackets, the total number of first, second, and third preferences made in 2026.  Alongside this, the number of places allocated in 2026.
