At ESCC we provide extensive support to our social workers and deliver high quality relationship-based practice to our children and families. As a senior social worker you’ll be expected to provide your practice manager with support and be seen as a senior member of the team.

Vacancies can occur in the following areas:

  • Locality Services, includes - Multi-agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH), Duty and Assessment Teams, Family and Friends, Family and Youth Support CIN/CP court work Teams based in Eastbourne, Hastings and Lewes
  • Looked After Children based in Hastings, Lewes and Eastbourne

  • Your strong social work leadership skills
