Portfolio plans
Each Cabinet member has a designated area of responsibility that is called a portfolio.
Portfolio plans provide the main direction for our services over the next 3 years, and say how we will deliver our 4 priority outcomes. They also describe key risks, and how we are going to respond to the financial and policy challenges.
The key targets from each portfolio plan are then brought together into one document – the Council Plan.
