- Forms of nomination for the County Election may be obtained at The Elections Office, Wealden District Council, Vicarage Lane, Hailsham, East Sussex, BN27 2AX.
- Nomination papers must be delivered to the Deputy Returning Officer, The Elections Office, Wealden District Council, Vicarage Lane, Hailsham, East Sussex, BN27 2AX on any day after the date of this notice but no later than 4 pm on Friday, 30th June 2023.
- If any election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday, 27th July 2023.
- Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 12 midnight on Tuesday 11 July 2023. Applications can be made online.
- Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes and amendments or cancellations of proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at The Elections Office, Wealden District Council, Vicarage Lane, Hailsham, East Sussex, BN27 2AX by 5 pm on Wednesday, 12th July 2023.

In accordance with Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972, notice is hereby given that a casual vacancy has occurred in the office of councillor of the above county division, due to the death of Councillor Rupert Simmons.
