Local Government Act 1972
In accordance with Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972, notice is hereby given that a casual vacancy has occurred in the office of councillor of the above county division, due to the death of Councillor Peter Pragnell.
An election to fill the vacancy shall be held within thirty-five days (so computed) after notice in writing of the vacancy has been given to me by two local government electors for the area.
