Our progress against the Council Plan

We closely monitor our progress towards reaching the targets set out in the Council Plan and our position on the revenue and capital budgets, savings targets, and risks.

Progress reports at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months are discussed at Cabinet and full Council meetings. These identify our achievements and highlight areas of concern. Details are published here at those times, shown below.

The Council Plan begins in April and finishes in March of the following year.
