GP Payment and Audit System Searches (GPPASS)

GP practices can access:

  • Clinical templates
  • User guides or protocols
  • Email communication log

Searches and templates have been written to work with GP clinical systems, EMIS and SystmOne, to support some of the Public Health Local Service Agreements (PHLSAs) being delivered by East Sussex practices.

Clinical templates

These clinical data entry templates are for GP practices to download and install on their clinical system. They were developed to help practices record data in line with the requirement of the PHLSA.

Using these templates in conjunction with the requirements specified in the PHLSA contract will help practices to correctly record clinically coded information. This will help ensure the payment requirements of the PHLSAs are met.

GP practices are required to use the templates provided here. We will notify practices as and when these templates are updated.
