Certificates posted after 22 December may not arrive until after 5 January regardless of the service standard you choose.
If you require your certificates earlier, please arrange to collect them in person.
If an application is unsuccessful, we will refund your order. The refund will be made directly to you via the original payment method. An email will be sent to you explaining why we could not fulfil your order.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification; or audio/video recordings or software (including data) that you have unsealed.
To cancel a certificate application before the certificate is issued, email Lewes Registrar .
Uncollected certificate orders will be kept for 2 years from the date of ordering. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you during this time. After 2 years, uncollected orders will be securely destroyed.
