Delivery of certificate orders may be delayed due to reduced postal services.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
If an application is unsuccessful, we will refund your order. The refund will be made directly to you via the original payment method. An email will be sent to you explaining why we could not fulfil your order.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification; or audio/video recordings or software (including data) that you have unsealed.
To cancel a certificate application before the certificate is issued, email the Lewes Registrar.
