If you provide your name, email address or phone number, we only use these to communicate with you about attending the meeting and to send you a shoppping voucher as a thank you.
How long will your information be kept for?
We will keep your data until your query has been resolved and according to the retention period applicable to your service request.

We do not routinely share your information.
