What information is being used?
In order to provide the service we will collect your name, your email address, phone number, the organisation that you work for and the address to which we will be sending the information leaflets.
How will your information be used?
We will use your name to record who has made the request. Your contact details will only be used in order to follow-up on your request. We will need the address or addresses of premises in order to dispatch leaflets to the correct location.
We aim to maintain high standards, adopt best practice for our record keeping and regularly check and report on how we are doing. Your information is never sold for direct marketing purposes.
Our staff are trained to handle your information correctly and protect your confidentiality and privacy.
Your information is not processed outside of the European Economic Area.

What is the legal basis for processing your information?
We need your name to record who has made the request. We ask for your email address or phone number as a means to contact you should there be a problem or a delay in fulfilling your order. The address or addresses of premises is necessary for us to successfully deliver the order of leaflets.
How long will your information be kept for?
Information will be retained according to the retention period applicable to your service request.
Sharing your information
Any sharing of personal data is always done:
- on case-by-case basis
- using the minimum personal data necessary
- with the appropriate security controls in place
