Next stage
Stage 3 - Formal consultation. All responses received in the informal consultation have been reviewed and detailed proposals have been drawn up. The formal consultation is open and will run from 8 November 2024 until 29 November 2024. The details of the formal consultation can be viewed on our consultation hub.
