Maintenance at Hastings Library
From Thursday 8 January 2026, customers will only be able to access the ground floor of Hastings Library due to the essential building works. The nearest alternative libraries are Hollington, Bexhill and Battle.

Hastings Library meeting room is available for hire on an hourly basis during Monday to Saturday.
It is located on the third floor, and can be reached by stairs or lift. Public toilets are available in the library.
