As our Senior Training Administrator, you will lead a busy team, providing an efficient and effective administrative support service which enables our Trainers to deliver courses to front line social care staff.
The role also includes maintaining databases and spreadsheets, processing and reporting on data. You’ll able to effectively organise and prioritise your own workload and that of the team to meet deadlines, effectively manage changing priorities, and undertake a diverse workload. We communicate with our customers mainly via email and telephone, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service is a must.
You’ll be able to anticipate and meet the needs of the team who may be in the office or working remotely. It’s a fast paced and varied role and we will provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
