Careers in residential youth support work

What we do

Each of our residential homes provides a supportive, stable and welcoming environment for children who have been placed into care, whilst delivering high quality care to meet their physical, emotional, health and social needs.

We have five residential children’s homes across Seaford, Bexhill, Eastbourne and St Leonards including two homes for young people with learning disabilities.

We also have Lansdowne, our secure residential unit in Hailsham, which provides a safe setting for vulnerable young people who are at a serious risk of harming themselves or others.
