Who can visit this building
You need an appointment before visiting St Mary’s House.
This building is the main office for our Children's Services and Adult Social Care services, including Health and Social Care Connect, Blue Badge, mental health services for those aged 18 years and above.
It is also the location for the East Sussex Training and Development Centre. See the separate contact details for booking and attending training courses.
Visitor parking and disabled access
No visitor parking on site. On-street and local car parks are available. Get details about parking in Eastbourne.
Four disabled bays are available on site. They are accessible via the car park barrier system. There’s also a disabled bay at the front of building for Blue Badge holders.

- Level access to main entrance with automatic doors
- Lift access to all floors
- Staff and visitor disabled toilets, at ground floor lift lobby and CSD Hub – no hoists
- Evac chairs in all lift lobbies and rear staircases from the first floor upwards.
