Are you a child or young person who needs help to complain?
If you are a child or young person and you need help to make your complaint, we can give you a free independent person called an advocate. An advocate is someone who can help you say what you want or say it for you, so people know what the problem is.
If you would like more information on getting an advocate, please visit the Asphaleia website:
You can also get in touch with the advocate service by:
- phone: 01323 324 010
- email: esccadvocacyservice@asphaleia.co.uk
You can call our Family Information Service on 0345 60 80 192 (press 4, then press 2) and ask about getting an advocate. This phone line is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Read our complaints policy for more information.
