Why they signed up to the business support programme

The company was looking to grow and needed a cohesive marketing plan, along with support to enhance its social media profiles and website.

What support they received

Through the Big Ambitions programme, Campus Training received tailored support to strengthen its marketing and growth strategy. This included:

  • Guidance on developing a marketing strategy to generate enquiries
  • A targeted approach to connecting with school governors via LinkedIn
  • Enhancements to the company’s LinkedIn page and Google Business profile
  • Support in improving website Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to increase online visibility
  • Assistance with applying for the Advanced Learner Loan facility
  • An action plan to promote the Level 5 apprenticeship to schools that have previously engaged with Campus Training.

How this has helped the business

Campus Training successfully launched a redesigned website, boosted its visibility through targeted SEO improvements and significantly grew its social media engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.

They also secured an Adult Learner Loan facility, enrolling their first four learners, and connected with new stakeholders via LinkedIn. These developments have contributed to steady growth in learner recruitment and sector visibility. Now nearing operational capacity, the business is preparing to scale by expanding the team, refining internal processes and continuing to build brand awareness.

Wider benefits from supporting this business

Campus Training is helping the local economy by creating new training and job opportunities in the education sector. By supporting people to gain new skills and grow in their careers, the business is helping to build a stronger local workforce and support future growth in the area.

The entire process has been wonderfully supportive, from our initial meeting with Sam to the time spent with Emma. It’s been fantastic to work with people who are happy to share their expertise and provide practical, easy to implement steps that have enabled us to develop marketing tools that will support our next stage of growth. Thank you.
