Awesome Accountants is an accountancy firm dedicated to helping businesses thrive by managing their tax concerns, preparing accounts, conducting system reviews, providing staff training, implementing Xero software and supporting new business setups.

Why they signed up to the business support programme

I had worked for an accountancy practice for 18 years but only set up my own in May 2024. I signed up to Ready To Growth to get help with running my own business, especially Marketing. I also wanted to meet other people in the same situation so we can learn together and from each other.

What support they received

A blend of one-to-one support with online and in-person workshops in Marketing, Strategy, Value Proposition, Finance and HR including masterclasses in topics chosen by the participants.

How this has helped the business

It has helped so much in relation to deciding on target markets, and how to advertise to them without alienating others in business. It helped me prioritise which areas to focus on first and how to look at pricing.
If you have started your business in the last three years, the Ready To Grow business support programme is a must. It is a small amount of time to invest in your future.
