The morning session was convened to provide colleagues with a collective understanding of the function and purpose of Team East Sussex (TES), covering the work TES has been involved in recently, and setting out the expectation of TES business members moving forward.

As well as an overall explanation of Team East Sussex from the TES Chair, presentations were given by the sectoral boards: Business East Sussex (BES), Culture East Sussex (CES), Environment East Sussex (EES) and Skills East Sussex (SES).
