Certificates posted after 20 December may not arrive until after 5 January.
If you require your certificates earlier, please arrange to collect them in person.
Licences are valid for a period of 3 years.
We will invite you to renew your licence one calendar year before your current licence expires.
Payment must be made no later than 6 months before your current licence expires, otherwise we will assume you are not re-licensing and will stop accepting new bookings for your venue.
