Milwards is a private secluded grade II listed 16th century house overlooking a large, picturesque lake in an idyllic rural setting with far reaching views of the Sussex Downs, for which you have exclusive use. 

Our ceremony room, in the Old Coach House seats 60 people. Our large, heated marquee, can seat up to 150 guests and overlooks the lake, a haven for wildlife and birds.  

Surrounded by 150 acres of our own organic grass meadows and woodland the atmosphere is tranquil and serene whatever the time of year.
