Set within 70 acres of idyllic meadows, peaceful lakes, and the Cuckmere River, the estate offers endless photo opportunities with breath taking views of the Weald and South Downs National Park. Wild Deer and other local wildlife add to the charm of this peaceful, rural escape.

Ceremonies and receptions take place in two beautifully restored barns, one dating back to the 16th century, blending rustic character with refined elegance. We are licensed for weddings and civil ceremonies for up to 120 guests, with a dramatic reveal curtain for the bride’s entrance and Chiavari chairs to complement any décor style.

Guests can enjoy drinks on the patio, stroll through the grounds, or explore scenic lakeside walks. The venue also features licensed bars, facilities for live music, bespoke catering options, and excellent modern amenities.

Accommodation is available for the couple and guests, making it ideal for a wedding night or romantic countryside stay, subject to availability.
