Changing details on your permit
Parking review consultations
We are asking for your views on changes to parking controls in Eastbourne and Hastings boroughs, find out more and have your say about the Eastbourne parking review formal consultation and the Hastings new permit zones 2026 high level consultation.
These consultations opened on 15 May and will close on 5 June 2026.
Log into your account if you:
- need to arrange a replacement permit or a refund
- have changed your vehicle
- have moved to another address within the permit zones
- have moved away from the permit zones
There is a £5 administration fee for processing any changes including change of address or vehicle.
Using a temporary vehicle?
If you are using a different vehicle temporarily, for no more than two weeks, please contact the Parking Team and they will be able to give you a temporary permit.
